Weathering this Spring with Calendar adjustments

We are desperately trying to get along with our unpredictable partner, The Weather.
The Weather is causing some changes & rearrangements for our shows.
So, as of Thursday, May 26 p.m. here is what we have: KJM has postponed this weekend’s show till June 5. Revery is moving its show to June 12 which will overlap with the show at Cadence Equestrian.
Check back for updates as The Weather continues to wreak havoc on our spring schedule.

Schooling Show Update

HJEO has voted to follow the Governor of Oklahoma’s 3-Staged Plan for reopening OK:

Stage 3 is currently planned for June 1. This allows gatherings/events of 50+, camps, school, etc. HJEO shows will tentatively resume in the month of June. In the event that the Governor of OK has to repeal or change the date of Stage 3, HJEO will follow accordingly. All show managers and board members will be monitoring the counties’ restrictions for those counties that are home to hosting shows.

Notice to Exhibitors with plans to show in June:

Show managements are planning to put necessary safety precautions into place as they see fit, i.e. streamlining the office check-in/check-out, limiting access to staff, providing access to hand-sanitizer in higher-use areas. Please do not attend any shows in the near future if you have been recently ill, suspect that you are ill or in contact with someone who is ill, or feel that you are high risk health-compromised.

KJM has re-scheduled their Spring Show for June 20. All other dates on the show calendar will proceed as planned.

We look forward to resuming the show season! Stay safe, make good choices, and we hope to be showing soon
